个人简介
田国宝,男,博士,二级教授,博士生导师。sexfemboy 医学部学术委员会副主任委员、医学教育处副处长、热带病防治研究教育部重点实验室副主任。国家自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者,广东省自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者,广东特支计划青年拔尖人才、深圳市政府特殊津贴人才,广州市珠江科技新星,sexfemboy 逸仙杰出学者,sexfemboy “百人计划”引进人才。2015年至2022年先后任 sexfemboy 免疫学教研室党支部书记、 sexfemboy 团委书记、 sexfemboy 微生物学教研室党支部书记、作为中组部第九批援藏干部担任西藏民族大学医学部副主任和医学院院长。一直致力于临床抗生素耐药细菌的感染和生物安全研究,先后在The Lancet Microbe,The Lancet Infectious Diseases,Molecular Biology and Evolution,Clinical Infectious Diseases等本领域国际顶尖和主流期刊上发表通讯作者SCI论文60余篇,参编专著5部,获省部级奖2项,以第一发明人申请专利11项(授权4项)。主持国家自然科学基金杰青项目、重点项目、国际合作研究项目、优青项目、面上项目、广东省杰出青年基金项目、深圳市医学研究专项资金重大项目等10余项;主持和参与国家传染病重大专项、国家重点研发计划项目和课题10余项。The Lancet, The Lancet Infectious Diseases,Drug Resistance Updates,Emerging Infectious Diseases,Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy,BMC Microbiology等本领域专业杂志审稿人或编委,国家自然科学基金重大、重点、国际合作、面上/青年/地区等项目通讯和会议评审专家。
I am currently working asa PrincipalInvestigator and a PhD. mentor at Sun Yat-sen University School of Medicine. I amthe deputy chairman of the academic committee of the medical faculty, dean of the School of Medicine and deputy director of the Medical Education Office, Sun Yat-sen University, and deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Tropical Disease Control, Ministry of Education. Before joining the SYSU, I have been appointed as a postdoctoral scientistat the University ofPittsburgh School of Medicine.I had receivedthe National Natural Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scientists Fund Programin 2023,and the National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists Fund Programin 2017. My research area is focusing on the different mechanisms of bacterial resistance and clinical bacterial infections.In this research area,I have published over 60 articles in internationally influential journals including Lancet Infectious Diseases,Clinical Infectious Diseases,Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, Emerging Infectious Diseases, etc.Currently I amthe principal investigator on 20major project grants funded by regional/state bodies in China to investigate antibiotic resistance bacteria.Moreover,I am a reviewerforLancet,Lancet Infectious Diseases, Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy,Emerging Infectious Diseases, Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapyand an evaluation expertfor the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

抗生素的发现是20世纪医学史上最辉煌的成就之一。然而,随着抗生素大量和无序使用,抗生素耐药问题则已成为21世纪人类不得不面对的严峻挑战。抗生素耐药问题不仅是困扰临床的一大难题,“超级耐药细菌”的不断出现更是引起公众的极大恐慌,成为全球普遍关注的公共生物安全问题。我国2020年10月颁布的《生物安全法》将抗微生物耐药问题列为八大主题之一。WHO统计,每年全球直接死于耐药菌感染的人数超过100万,并预测,照此趋势到2050年这一数字将达1000万人/年。鉴于抗生素耐药问题的严重性,多国政府和国际组织都相继颁布了抗击抗生素耐药问题的行动计划,以期减轻和消除抗生素耐药性的危害。团队研究兴趣主要包括:
